Checkout is the beginning of the Payment process on online portals. Once you add item(s) in your cart, the next subsequent process is Checkout which starts the moment you click on the 'Checkout' button. Here you will be asked to enter the shipping and billing details along with your choice of Payment mode.
Following this, you will be redirected to the respective Payment gateway where you will be required to provide your Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking details in order to authorize the payment for the particular item(s) that you added in your cart.
Subsequently, you will receive a confirmation message about your order being placed with us successfully and awaiting delivery.
I got the message "Transaction Declined" or "Card Is Not Authorized" while making the payment for my order. What should I do?
You received the message "Transaction Declined" due to any of the following reasons:
- » Billing Address which you entered while placing the order does not match with the address related to your credit card
- » You would have entered wrong 3 digit security code
- » You would have entered wrong Verified by VISA password or MasterCard Secure Code
