How Do I Change My Personal Details?

    Address Book allows you to easily select the shipping addresses from the various addresses you use and update in your address book. This also allows you to select different shipping addresses for different items in your shopping cart without the need of finding out the same address every time.

What is a shopping Cart?

    The shopping bag is a virtual carry cart that displays the number of items you have chosen to purchase along with the total purchase amount. This is displayed as a small window located at the right-hand top corner of the web page. This window also provides links to view the details of the items you have chosen - 'View Details’ and to confirm your purchase 'Proceed to Checkout'.

    You can change your order by adding or removing items, etc. in the shopping cart once you click on the link 'View Details'.

Can I send some personalized message with the gift?

    Yes, you can send your personalized message or greetings along with your gifts. Just type your personalized message in the message box in the order form. Your message will be printed and sent along with the gift as per your choice.

    We accept all major Indian and International Visa & Master Cards. You can pay through Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking. The authorization is done via an online through secure payment gateway.


What is Checkout?

    Checkout is the beginning of the Payment process on online portals. Once you add item(s) in your cart, the next subsequent process is Checkout which starts the moment you click on the 'Checkout' button. Here you will be asked to enter the shipping and billing details along with your choice of Payment mode.

    Following this, you will be redirected to the respective Payment gateway where you will be required to provide your Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking details in order to authorize the payment for the particular item(s) that you added in your cart.

Subsequently, you will receive a confirmation message about your order being placed with us successfully and awaiting delivery.

I got the message "Transaction Declined" or "Card Is Not Authorized" while making the payment for my order. What should I do?

    You received the message "Transaction Declined" due to any of the following reasons:

    » Billing Address which you entered while placing the order does not match with the address related to your credit card
    » You would have entered wrong 3 digit security code
    » You would have entered wrong Verified by VISA password or MasterCard Secure Code

How do I know if my order is confirmed?
    As soon as you place an order with us, you will get an automated email confirming the placement of the order.

How do I check the status of my order?

    You can check your order status by logging in to your account and clicking on ‘Order tracking’.

How do I Cancel my order?

    Please note that cancellations have to be made within a maximum 24 hours of placing an order. For canceling your order, you will have to get in touch with our customer support executive by sending an email giving your order number.

    In case we receive a cancellation e-mail and till that time the order has already been processed by us, the order cannot be cancelled. has complete right to decide whether an order has been processed or not.

    The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by and accept’s decision regarding the cancellation.

    In case you cancel the order of perishable products, the cost of the product will have to be borne by you. In all other items, a cancellation fee of 20% will be charged to cover the credit card transaction cost, and balance 80% will be returned.
